Event Description

Self Promise-keeping: through sound bath, breath work, and writing/journaling, we are able to access the parts of us patiently awaiting creative expression. Uncovering and naming the broken promises we’ve made to ourselves is the beginning of healing and recommitment to our individual thriving. Lay the groundwork to welcome your best self back home to your body.

Who Is This Event For?

My calling is for Black people, specifically womxn-identified, specifically queer.

Workshop Goals, Hopes, & Outcomes

A written pledge for participants to commit to themselves, in whatever creative expression that takes. Locating where rest and joy are hidden in the body.

Event Length

1.5 hours

Event Date and Time

Tuesday, October 27, 4:30-6:00 PM PT
